My love of food stems from growing up in a family of cooks. This has had a massive impact on my approach to it and my views of its immense power to restore vitality and bring families and people together. My interest in nutrition evolved from these very influences, together with a preoccupation with nutrition for my pregnancies, taking care of my young family, husband and aging family members. I qualified as a Nutritional Therapist from London's reputable College of Naturopathic Medicine.
As a busy mother of three children I understand the various hurdles we have to overcome that sometimes prevent us from being kind to ourselves, making sensible food choices and maintaining a sustainable health-work-life balance.
